At Moonbeam Beauty Studio we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’  require a cancellation fee of the remaining balance of the service booked.

2. No-Shows

• Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.”

• No-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the booked service(s) . Failure to comply to this policy will result in the cancellation of all future bookings and will not be permitted to make future bookings .

3. Refunds

• Service fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak with your stylist/technician before leaving so we can make it right.

• Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made by us. 

• In the rare event that the salon needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of a full refund of any deposit paid or rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, and may still be charged in full.

5. Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers 

• Prepaid treatments and gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.

• They must be used within their validity period as stated at the time of purchase.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and at the time of booking.

• Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

• Promotions are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless specified.
